Check-in and out

Check-in starts from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

What do I need to provide during check-in? Please present your passport (for all guests) and your booking confirmation from the OTA (such as Booking.com or Hostelworld) upon arrival.

A 200 THB key deposit is required at check-in. It will be fully refunded when you return the key in its original condition at check-out. Please also settle the room payment as stated in your booking confirmation from your OTA.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. Can I store my luggage after check-out? Yes, we offer free luggage storage for a few hours after check-out, so you can continue exploring the island before your next journey.

Cancellation policy: Cancel 1 day before arrival — no charge. Cancel less than 24 hours — first night charged. No-show — full reservation charged.
